A former mining town, Park City is now open all year round for adventure and recreation seekers. Its proximity to three ski resorts and to Salt Lake City makes it a well-rounded holiday destination.
Today, the Main Street area is lined with interesting shops, galleries, and restaurants that have been classically refurbished. Most are within walking distance of our condo.
The mountain is big, welcoming, and offers some of the most varied terrain in the Wasatch range. Park City is home base for U.S. Skiing, the parent corporation of all the American snowsports teams. The resort is also the official training site of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard teams.
In the heart of Park City, steps from restaurants and shopping and the ski lifts of Park City Mountain Resort, is our ski vacation condo. Our spaciious, 1500 SF, 3 level condo is literally steps from the lifts and has a garage for parking at your door. Sleeps 8-10 and is so close to everything you might not even need a car.
Sundance Film Festival
Thanks to the Sundance Film Festival and the many local artists, Park city has a thriving art community. Robert Redford's annual festival, highlighting films from independent filmmakers, comes once again to Sundance, Park City and Salt Lake City in January. Main Street is not only a haven for fine cuisine, it is a shoppers paradise, as there are over 100 unique stores offering handmade furniture, books, sportswear, art collectibles, western antiques, etc.
There are also an abundance of fine art galleries featuring everything from local western art to famous Russian Impressionists. Park City even boasts its own brand name outlet mall (Factory Stores @ Park City).

Our vacation rental condo is just 37 miles from Salt Lake International Airport. With free town-wide bus service you don't even need a car once you arrive. Services at Park City Mountain Resort include 4 mountain restaurants and several at the base, on-mountain performance demo center, rentals, and apparel, 14 lifts serving 100+ trails, and snowmaking from top to bottom.
Year Round Appeal:
The summer vacation season brings many opportunities to experience the finest Park City has to offer with art shows and music festivals (including the Park City International Music Festival).
Park City also hosts the Senior PGA Tour and a fabulous rodeo during the summer months. Ongoing activities include horseback riding, hot air ballooning, trout fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and golf.
Of course, winter in Park City is an unbeatable vacation experience. Whether you're interests are in skiing, boarding, tubing, or any kind of winter sport, you'll find it in Park City.
With last call in Park City at 12:30 a.m. and a Main Street geared more toward live music, Park City's not necessarily a place to dance until dawn. Besides, after a brutal day hiking or mountain biking, most Park City vacation rental visitors can barely tip a beer glass let alone do The Hustle.
